OPEKO Blueberry Containers – Quality that sets trends!

OPEKO is a pioneer in the European market for blueberry containers. The first models of this type of container left our production facilities in 2018. The blueberry containers have been developed in close collaboration with growers to ensure that the product meets their expectations.

OPEKO blueberry pots have a specially contoured bottom that ensures good water drainage and constant airflow. These features allow for proper development of the plant’s root system, providing optimal conditions for growth. OPEKO blueberry pots also protect the plants effectively against frost. The raised bottom of the pot insulates the roots from the ground, reducing the risk of root freezing, which is particularly important for young plants with sensitive root systems during sudden drops in temperature.

The first batches of strawberry containers have have left our production lines in recent weeks. These special containers are fully adapted for hydroponic growing. The raised bottom (on specially designed supports) protects the roots from pathogens. Numerous drainage holes ensure a smooth supply of all nutrients, providing optimal growth parameters.
