Unusual shape
The bowl owes its name to its resemblance to a bowl. It is perfect for cultivation of bulbous plants such as chrysanthemums, crocuses or bonsai trees, which need an appropriately wide container.
An ideal solution for plants with shallow root system
The bowl is low, but slightly wider, soi t allows the underground root shoots to develop freely. They come in capacities ranging from 2.2 to 4.7 litres, so you can easily choose it to suit the needs of your seedlings.
Inspired by clay pots
The brown colour of our bowls is inspired by traditional clay bowls. They look extremely impressive, are universal and made with great attention to aesthetics.

OPEKO bowl-shaped pots

The form and size of pot-bowl provide optimal growth conditions for bulb plants with a shallow root system, whose shoots grow sideways and do not grow deeper into the container. The pot has a lower wall and is wide enough, which is particularly important for seedlings whose roots are quite shallow. This makes it easier to maintain the appropriate level of soil moisture, which is important for the development of young plants.

Bowls with a drainage system

Each bowl has a drainage holes which, in addition to draining excess water from the container, also ensure constant access of the root system to the air. Appropriate oxygenation of the roots has a positive effect on the rapid, healthy growth and beautiful appearance of plants and prevents root rot. Our offer includes bowls with more or less drainage holes, which allows to better match the pot to the needs of a specific plant species. The bowls are also equipped with a comfortable rim that makes it easier to grip.
