The shape of square-round pots combines the features of two popular types of containers, which makes them a very universal and multifunctional choice. They are perfect for cultivation of many plant species.

Containers adjusted to the needs of cultivation

Our pots come in many sizes – from 0.5 to 5 litres, which allows to adapt them to the current needs of the seedings to provide them with the best conditions for healthy growth and root development.

Space saving

Square-round pots ensure spatial ergonomics. The narrowed, round base allows you to easily arrange the containers in rows and save space – both in cultivation and during transport and storage.

Recycled OPEKO square-round pots

Our products are made of durable and resistant to mechanical damage material – polypropylene. We obtain it in the recycling process, which protects the environment against excessive accumulation of waste. Polypropylene is exceptionally durable and waterproof and is not suspectable to the negative impact of external factors, high and low temperatures or solar radiation. They are suitable for cultivation of many plant species on a large scale – both indoors and outdoors.

The smooth walls of the pots allow them to be placed one inside the other, saving space when transporting and storing empty containers.

Substrate moisture control and stability

Some models of our square and round pots have ventilation holes that allow for better control of the humidity level in the container and free air flow. Aerating the roots allows them to develop better and faster but also maintain their beautiful appearance, while water stagnation may lead to root rot and the development of mould, which is dangerous especially for young seedlings. The innovate shape also provides better conditions for the development of the root system of plants that are not at risk of crowding. The flat, round bottom ensures high stability of the containers, which translates into the safety of the plants, which are protected against accidental tipping over of the container.
